I am going again to himalayas and this time it is to Kalindikhal in uttranchal and close to china border.
with chill of 4 degress plus wind sweeping and fun to be at the top of the world is worth explaining. kalindikhal pass is situated at nearly 6000 mts.

Overview At 18,046 feet, Kalindi Pass is known to be one of the most difficult treks in the Himalayas. This trek generally invites the most adventurous, fit and experienced trekkers who possess a fundamental ability and craving of high altitude Adventure, it's a rare experience indeed. Actually this trek takes you near China border.
The highest point in the Kalandi Pass trek reaches upto 5980m. In this trek you get to witness the very beautiful panoramic views surrounding, the valleys, wonderful snow clad peaks and nice landscapes and vistas. Colorful lakes, snow bridges and hanging glaciers treat you here.
Along the way, you will witness many breath-taking sights like the source of the Holy River Ganges, Holy Ganga temple, big crevices and Asia's longest Gangotri Glacier that is 28 kms long, along with the Holy Badrinath Temple. The trek starts from Gangotri and culminates at Badrinath, all the 13 days of trek are really Challenging.
Itinerary
Duration : 13 Days
Day 01: Arrive at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi to Rishikesh (340M) ~ 225 km by Road.
Day 03: Rishikesh to Uttarkashi (1158M) ~ 164 km by Road.
Day 04: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (3048M) ~ 100 km by Road.
Day 05: Gangotri to Bhojbasa (3742M) ~ 14 km Trek.
Day 06: Bhojbasa to Nandanvan (4340M) ~ 10 km Trek.
Day 07: Nandanvan to Vashuki Tal (4880M) ~ 9 km Trek.
Day 08: Vashuki Tal (4880M) - Rest Day
Day 09: Vashuki Tal to Khalapattar (5400M) ~ 9 km Trek.
Day 10: Khalapattar to Sweta glacier (5600M) ~ 8 km Trek.
Day 11: Sweta glacier to Kalandi Base (5780M) ~ 07 km Trek.
Day 12: Kalandi Base to Rajkharak (4010M) ~ 12 km Trek.
Day 13: Rajkharak to Arwa nala (3800M) ~ 10 km Trek.
